Personal Organiser: Synchronizing Events

To synchronize events with other computers that also have Personal Organiser Exstora Pro, you need to specify the external file that will store all changes, and mark the events to be synchronized as "Public".

To specify the external file, open Settings window, and click "Synchronize" button. Also, you can select synchronization type: manual or automatical (every minute; every hour; every time the program starts/closes)

To mark the events to be synchronized as "Public", select the "Public" item on the Event context menu.

The synchronization can be performed both manually and automatically. If Manual synchronization type is selected, you need to click "Synchronize Now" button (at the bottom of Exstora's main window) to synchronize events with external file.
